Shot List, Patch List, and more diagram export options
Released March 12, 2026
Availability: all devices, all accounts
This tool provides maximum flexibility for how you want to work.
Build the list from either "direction” (or some combination of the two)
Add cameras to the diagram and add details later
List all your shots and then drag them onto the diagram
Label shots with their number, as well as other details (INT/EXT, DAY/NIGHT, etc)
Keep track of shot status (To-Do, Done, Won’t Do)
Add dividers for context (lighting turnaround, meals, etc)
Export the shot list as a PDF

Add up to 10 images to a shot’s “frame images”
Include storyboards, viewfinder images, etc
Open the frame images modal to view, add, remove, and re-order
All images are included in the PDF export
Displays all fixtures on the diagram, sorted by whether or not they have a Channel and Address value
Update DMX values and add notes in a list view
Displays “patch conflicts” when two channels are assigned the same address
Export the list as a PDF
For a diagram, choose to export as a PDF, PNG, or JPG
For Shot List and Patch List, choose portrait or landscape orientation for a PDF
Right-clicking an item and choosing “Edit Name” would not display the name label if it was hidden; now it displays temporarily
Some items (such as cars) were still being added as Fixtures; now they’re generic Items
